§ 1230.02 AUTHORITY.

These subdivision regulations are adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the township under authority of § 501 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act 247 of 1968, as amended by Act 170 of 1988, being 53 P.S. §§ 10101 et seq.
