§ 266.01 SPECIAL HEALTH OFFICERS.

Special health officers shall be appointed by the Board of Township Commissioners, as follows: one resident shall be appointed by each Commissioner to represent his or her ward and such resident shall serve, without remuneration, as a special officer of the Board of Health under the direction of the Deputy Health Officer for a term of one year.
