§ 1224.08 COST OF INSPECTIONS.

All applicants shall bear all costs of inspections required hereunder, and shall deposit with the Township Treasurer such sums as the Township Board of Commissioners shall determine, to guarantee payment of the costs of such inspections. The cost of inspections shall be at the rate charged to the township by the Township Engineer.
