This chapter has been established to provide a synopsis of legislation relating to the creation of authorities by the Board of Township Commissioners. Southwest Delaware County Municipal Authority. Under the provisions of the Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended, the Southwest Delaware County Municipal Authority was created by Ord. 193, passed November 15, 1957. Ord. 690, passed December 18, 1991, adopted and approved an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of the Southwest Delaware County Municipal Authority, as proposed by resolution of the Board of such Authority.
