§ 1220.03 FORM OF APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED TO COMMISSION.
   Every application submitted to the Planning Commission for a subdivision plan approval or zoning change shall be submitted on a form supplied by the township, such form to read as follows:

INSTRUCTIONS TO INDIVIDUALS, FIRMS OR PERSONS SUBMITTING PLANS FOR APPROVAL
   In addition to the information generally shown on all drawings, all of the following information, when applicable to your zoning, must be part of each application and must be clearly defined therein. For subdivisions, see Title Four of Part Twelve - the Planning and Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the Township.
   This checklist shall serve as a guide in preparing plat plans for building permits and all types of zoning petitions so that an application may be processed in the most efficient manner. All items listed below which are applicable to your application must be indicated.

North arrow, indicating the direction of north
2.
Scale of drawing: 1 in. = 10 ft.; 1 in. = 20 ft.; 1 in. = 50 ft.; if acreage of property exceeds 40 acres, scale of drawing should be 1 in. = 100 ft.
3.
Dimensions of property (including bearing and distances)
4.
Relation of property in question to additional property owned
5.
Area of property in question (acres or square feet)
6.
Names of adjoining street(s)
7.
Location of existing building(s) on this tract
8.
Distance from present property line to centerline of street(s)
9.
Distance from edge of paving or curb to centerline of street(s)
10.
Distance from property to nearest intersection of a state or county road
11.
Location of streams or drainage courses either within property in question or within 50 feet of property
12.
Existing uses and zoning of adjacent properties
13.
Distance from centerline of street to all buildings located within your property lines (to establish setback line)
14.
Location and size of proposed building(s)
15.
Distance from sides of proposed building(s) to property lines
16.
Location and width of proposed entrances and exits to property
17.
Indication of proposed slopes (not to exceed 2:1) and type of stabilization to prevent erosion
18.
Off-street parking requirements:
(a)   Required number of spaces indicated (space size 10 ft. x 20 ft.) and data used for determination - 4 square feet for parking for each square foot of interior floor area
(b)   Indication of screening (size and type) for parking and service areas adjoining or across a street from residential zoning
(c)   Indication of lighting standards, including direction of lighting and approximate heights of light standards

Give complete details and location of storm sewers

(a)   Within any sewer district - layout and details of laterals to curb line approved by system owner
(b)   Elsewhere - details and location of disposal facilities

Show area of building

Show flow of traffic

Plan and elevations of all sides of buildings, including basements, if any, and showing complete details of exterior construction, are to be shown
30.
Show landscaping, including type and number of fences, trees, shrubs and areas to be sodded
31.
Plans must be signed and sealed by a registered engineer or architect
32.
Give deed book number and page number
33.
On-site disposal system location, when appropriate
   ALL PLANS AND APPLICATION FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN TRIPLICATE.
