§ 1220.01 MEMBERSHIP; DUTIES AND POWERS.

The Planning Commission shall consist of up to nine persons appointed for the terms and in the manner provided in the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, being Act 247 of 1968, as amended, being 53 P.S. §§ 10101 et seq. The duties and powers of such persons shall also be as provided in such Code.
