§ 1064.09 RECYCLING OF MATERIALS.

No person shall dispose of recyclables with ordinary municipal waste. Recyclables shall be taken to a recycling facility. It shall be a violation of this chapter to dispose of recyclables in landfills or incinerators except with the written permission of the township.
