§ 1064.04 SEPARATION OF RECYCLABLES AND PLACEMENT FOR DISPOSAL.
   Recyclable materials shall be placed at the curbside separate from solid waste for collection at such times and dates as may be established by regulation.
   (a)   Residential property. It shall be the responsibility of all residents to separate newsprint, plastic bottles, aluminum and glass. The plastic bottles, aluminum, bimetallic cans, clear glass and colored glass must be placed in a separate container supplied by the township. All materials must be properly cleaned before being placed at the curbline.
   (b)   Commercial, institutional and municipal establishments. It shall be the responsibility of commercial, institutional and municipal establishments to separate and store from the waste stream high grade office paper, plastic bottles, aluminum, newsprint and leaf waste.
