(a) No person shall be allowed in a park, playground, township owned open space, Aston Township Community Center property, except between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and dusk, unless involved in an activity at the Aston Community Center.
(b) No person shall enter or leave a park, playground, except by entrances or exits provided for such purpose.
(c) No intoxicated persons shall be permitted in a park, playground or any other township public center.
(d) No gambling or any obscene or indecent act or abusive, threatening, indecent or profane language or any conduct that may annoy others shall be allowed in a park, playground or any township property.
(e) No person shall solicit anyone for subscriptions in a park, playground or any township property.
(f) No person shall park any vehicle in any portion of a park or playground except in spaces definitely set apart and marked for parking purposes, and no person shall occupy a parked vehicle after dark.
(g) No person shall carry or use firearms or other weapons or throw stones or other missiles, nor hunt in a park, playground and any other township property.
(h) No person shall scatter, drop or leave any paper, rag, garbage, dead flowers or plants, glass, tin cans or other rubbish anywhere in a park, playground or any other township property, except in receptacles provided for such purpose.
(i) No person shall injure, damage or deface any buildings, structures, fences, bridges, playground equipment or other property in a park, playground or any other township property. Nor climb any tree or break, cut down, trample upon, remove or in any manner injure or damage any ornament, rock, stone, tree, plant, shrub, fern, blossom, flower or turf, nor foul, nor contaminate any stream of water.
(j) No person shall injure, deface or destroy any public sign or notice posted in a park, playground or any other township property.
(k) No advertisement, placard or notice, except public notices, shall be posted or distributed in a park, playground or any other township property.
(l) No person shall light or permit a fire to burn in a park or playground except in approved grills, charcoal burners or other devices provided for such purposes.
(m) No person shall operate mini bikes, dirt cycles and/or any motor driven all terrain vehicles on township property.
(n) No person shall allow a dog or other domesticated animal or pet to occupy the township property or parks unless under leash or other direct control by the owner.
(o) No motorized vehicles permitted on grass or walkways in parks, playgrounds or any other township property.
