(a) Residents of the township who desire to bring their bulk items to the township yard shall pay a minimum fee of an amount set forth by the Board of Commissioners in the fee resolution per item, or a fee of an amount set forth by the Board of Commissioners in the fee resolution per half ton pick-up average load.
(b) The use of the township bulk trash container shall be limited to residents of the township.
(c) Only residential trash shall be brought to the township bulk trash container. No commercial trash or contractors are permitted the use of such container.
