§ 1060.08 DETERMINATION OF FEES; RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Board of Township Commissioners may, by ordinance or resolution, determine the fees to be paid for the collection services provided for under the provisions of this chapter and establish, modify, amend and/or revoke rules and regulations pertaining thereto.
