§ 1048.04 STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF FEES.
   Upon receipt of the report from the Highway and Sanitation Department, or the officer appointed for the purpose by the Board of Township Commissioners, the Township Secretary shall prepare a statement of the number of poles maintained in the township, by each person owning or maintaining such poles, and the amount of inspection fee payable therefor. On or before June 1 of each and every year, the Secretary shall give notice to such persons of such inspection fee and that the same is due and payable to the Treasurer of the township not later than 60 days from the time of notification. The submission of the notification of enumeration and inspection of poles, as provided for in this chapter, shall be a condition precedent to the obligation of the person owning and maintaining such poles to pay such inspection fee.
