§ 1048.02 ANNUAL INSPECTION REPORT.
   The Highway and Sanitation Department, or the person appointed for the enumeration and inspection of poles, shall make a true report in writing to the Board of Township Commissioners at its regular meeting in the month of May of each and every year, setting forth the condition and the number of poles erected and maintained by each person owning or maintaining such poles, within the township. Copies of such report shall be sent to such persons as soon as possible thereafter.
