Ord. 694, passed March 18, 1992, authorized an agreement between the township and the Southwest Delaware County Municipal Authority, whereby the Authority will covenant and agree to own and operate certain sanitary sewage facilities required for rendering sewage service in and for portions of the township and certain adjacent municipalities, and the township will make certain covenants and agreements with respect to the sewer system and any additions thereto to be acquired, constructed, owned and operated by the Authority. Copies of Ord. 694 and of such agreement may be obtained, at cost, from the Township Secretary.
