§ 236.08 EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN.

The Board of Commissioners hereby approves, adopts and places into immediate effect an Emergency Operations Plan of the township. This Plan shall be reviewed every two years to make certain it conforms with the requirements of the Delaware County Emergency Operations Guideline.
