The Board of Commissioners hereby accepts and adopts the Delaware County Act 537 Sewage Facilities Plan Update, Western Plan of Study, prepared by the Delaware County Planning Department, April 2004 and as updated in January 2011, as an official plan revision for sewage facilities in compliance with the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act of 1966. The Board of Commissioners of the township hereby assures the Department of the complete and timely implementation of the said plan as required by law (§ 5, Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act), as amended.
