For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OPENINGS and EXCAVATIONS. Including, but not limited to, open excavation, trenching, tunneling, boring and directional drilling.
PERSON. Any natural person, partnership, association, utility, corporation or other entity.
STREET. The entirety of the legal right-of-way of any public road, street, lane or bridge, including but not limited to the cartway, curb, sidewalk and lawn.
