§ 890.14 SUITS FOR COLLECTION.
   (a)   The Tax Collector or his or her duly appointed deputies may, in the name of the township, institute proceedings against any and all persons who violate this chapter.
   (b)   If, for any reason, the tax is not paid when due and suit is brought for the recovery of any such tax, the person liable therefor shall, in addition, be liable for the costs of collection, including attorney fees, and interest and penalties herein imposed.
