Any person, as defined in this chapter, or any officer, agent, servant or employee thereof who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any of the terms or provisions of this chapter shall, upon complaint by the township to a District Judge of the township, be subject to a fine payable to the township in the amount set forth by the Board of Commissioners in the fee resolution and costs of prosecution for each offense and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 30 days. The fine imposed by this section shall be in addition to any other penalty imposed by any other section of this chapter.
