§ 868.02 LICENSE APPLICATION; ISSUANCE; FEE.

Licenses required by § 868.01 shall be issued by the Township Secretary upon an applicant’s filing with such Secretary a satisfactory application for the same on a form provided by the township and upon payment of a fee for the use of the township of an amount set forth by the Board of Commissioners in the fee resolution.
