§ 866.14 EXEMPTIONS.

   Notwithstanding the provisions set forth in §§ 866.05 and 866.13, the following activities may be conducted without complying with the provisions of this chapter:

   (a)   Garage sales and yard sales conducted by owners of residences within the township;

   (b)   Tail-gate sales and flea markets conducted by any non-profit organization; and

   (c)   Solicitation or sale of ice cream directly from a truck which travels throughout the township.
