§ 210.04 SMOKING PROHIBITED IN ASTON TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL BUILDING.

(a) The interior premises of the Aston Township Municipal Building, 233 Pennell Road, Aston, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, shall be smoke-free at all times.

(b) All cigarette, pipe and/or cigar use shall be prohibited during all hours in the Township Building.
