§ 864.05 PERMIT FEE; PRORATION; EXEMPTIONS.

(a) The fee for the permit shall be in the amount set forth by the Board of Commissioners in the fee resolution per year. Permits shall be issued for one-half fee after August 1 and one-quarter fee after November 1.

(b) All fees shall be paid for the use of the township.
