§ 864.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall interfere in any manner with any refuse, ashes, garbage or rubbish left for the purpose of collection by municipal authorities or by persons under contract with the township without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Secretary of the Board of Township Commissioners.
