§ 210.03 COMPENSATION.

The compensation of a member of the Board of Township Commissioners shall be the maximum permitted pursuant to the First Class Township Code as amended, from time to time, by the state legislature, provided that no Commissioner’s compensation may be increased during his or her term of office.
