(a) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to permit a licensee hereunder to keep or maintain a curbstone or street marked by parking vehicles along the highways or streets longer than is necessary to sell therefrom to the people residing in the immediate vicinity, and where no vehicle is used no licensee shall loiter, linger or remain on any street, curb or sidewalk.
(b) No product shall be sold or dispensed directly from vehicles later than one-half hour after sundown.
(c) No vending shall be permitted on Sunday until after 2:00 p.m., prevailing time.
