For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
JUNK. Used and secondhand goods and materials, including, but not limited to, scrap metal and scrapped motor vehicles.
JUNK DEALER. Any person engaged in the business of buying, selling and dealing in junk or maintaining a junk yard.
JUNK YARD and SALVAGE YARD. A place used and maintained for the collection, storage and disposal of junk.
