§ 820.08 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS AND IDENTIFICATION CARDS.
   Upon the issuance of a permit required by this chapter, the Township Secretary shall note his or her approval in the Registry Book and shall, at that point, issue to the applicant, or to any agent or representative of the applicant who will participate under the permit, an identification card, which card shall state the applicant’s name, address, sex, height and color of hair and eyes and the full name of the charitable organization which he or she represents.
