§ 210.01 STANDING COMMITTEES.
   (a)   The following shall be the standing committees of the Board of Township Commissioners, with each committee having three Commissioners as members.
      (1)   Executive. This Committee shall consist of the President, the Vice-President and a third member. This Committee shall oversee and monitor the operation of all other committees of the Board and shall be responsible for all matters relating to the administration of the township.
      (2)   Finance. This Committee shall be responsible for all areas of the township’s fiscal management.
      (3)   New construction. This Committee shall cover all facets of new building within the township.
      (4)   Police and fire. This Committee shall be responsible for the Police Department and the Fire Marshal’s Office and other matters related to the Volunteer Fire Companies.
      (5)   Public works. This Committee shall be responsible for the Highway and Sanitation Department, including all matters relating to township roadways.
      (6)   Personnel policy. This Committee shall be responsible for the development, modification and administration of the township’s personnel policy.
      (7)   Insurance and pensions. This Committee shall be responsible for all township insurance and pension programs, including the administration of the Police Pension Fund.
   (b)   One Commissioner shall be appointed as a liaison to the following township boards, committees, authorities and groups for the purpose of grants and aid and reporting to the Finance Committee of the Board:
      (1)   The Board of Health;
      (2)   The Recreation Advisory Committee;
      (3)   The Advisory Council on Cable Television;
      (4)   The Penn Delco School Board;
      (5)   The Southwest Delaware County Municipal Authority;
      (6)   Senior citizen groups;
      (7)   The Planning Commission and the Industrial Advisory Committee; and
      (8)   The Delaware County Council.
   (c)   Other committees may be designated, by the President of the Board as may be necessary for specific purposes, from time to time.
