The Board of Township Commissioners is authorized to determine any and all charges to be made by the company for service to the residents of the township, including, but not limited to, charges to be made for programming and cable connections and security deposits. The charges shall be made part of the contract executed between the township and the company, provided that the approval of the contract is made at a public meeting in accordance with the provisions of the First Class Township Code.
