§ 814.08 FINES FOR FALSE ALARMS.
   (a)   Fines for false alarms, both fire and burglar, made in the same calendar year shall be as follows:
      (a)   For a first offense, a warning shall be issued;
      (b)   For a second offense, there shall be a fine of an amount set forth by the Board of Commissioners in the fee resolution;
      (c)   For a third offense, there shall be a fine of an amount set forth by the Board of Commissioners in the fee resolution;
      (d)   For a fourth offense, there shall be a fine of an amount set forth by the Board of Commissioners in the fee resolution; and
      (e)   For subsequent offenses, there shall be a fine of an amount set forth by the Board of Commissioners in the fee resolution.
   (b)   Fines will not be imposed for alarms set off due to power failures, weather-related incidents or other incidents, as determined by the volunteer fire companies or the Police Department.
