(a) Arts festivals;
(b) Farmers' markets;
(c) Arts and crafts markets;
(d) Concerts and performances;
(e) Microbrewery or brewpub;
(f) Restaurant, sit down, without banquet facilities;
(g) Restaurant, with banquet facilities or dinner theater;
(h) Tea house/coffee house/cafes, sidewalk cafe;
(i) Bakery, candy, pastry, confectionery or ice cream retail sales;
(j) Florists;
(k) No-impact arts related home-based business;
(l) Educational faculties: school for the arts;
(m) Structured parking facility for parcels located in the LI District, only;
(n) Public park or civic plaza;
(o) After school programs/home school programs/summer camps;
(p) Accessory use on the same lot which is customarily incidental to any of the above permitted uses;
(q) Light metal processes, including metal finishing, grinding, polishing and heat treatment, metal cutting and extrusion of small products (such as costume jewelry and pins);
(r) Small scale farming/beehives;
(s) Studio in which any one of the visual, performing, literary or media arts are conducted; and
(t) Such other uses that fulfill the purpose and intent of this chapter.
