§ 1876.09 EXTERMINATION.

(a) At the time infestation is identified, the person cited in the notice of violation, as provided in § 1876.04, shall initiate acceptable techniques of extermination to remove the infestation.

(b) After the extermination is complete, proper precautions shall be taken to prevent reinfestation.
