(a) All openings, including any opening for utility lines, must be protected by a vectorproof material, such as screening.
(b) The walls, flooring, porches and basements of a structure must be vectorproofed.
(c) Every plumbing and waste pipe shall be properly maintained in good sanitary condition in order to prevent a point of vector harborage on the premises.
