§ 1860.10 COMMERCIAL MEDICAL LABORATORIES.
   (a)   Any person operating a commercial medical laboratory within the township is required to register with the Board of Health within 30 days of the commencement of the operation of the business and thereafter on or by January 30 of each year.
   (b)   The registrant shall supply, on the registration forms provided, identifying information with respect to the owner of the business, the individuals or principals involved in the ownership and operation of the business, the address of the business, the hours of operation of the business and the address and telephone number of the owner and operator of the commercial medical laboratory. Further, the registrant shall provide and identify the means and manner of disposal of the by-products, waste, blood samples and other organic samples disposed of by the firm, along with the identifying information with respect to the firm utilized to remove and destroy such by-products.
   (c)   All commercial medical laboratories operating within the township shall be licensed by the State Department of Health and shall operate pursuant to all applicable regulations of the Department or any other government agency regulating the operation of commercial medical laboratories.
