CHAPTER 1824: FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS (REPEALED)

Former §§ 1824.01 through 1824.18, 1824.24 and 1824.25 were repealed by implication by Ord. 676, passed April 17, 1991, which adopted Chapter 151, Act of May 23, 1945, P.L. 926, § 6 (35 P.S. § 655.6), codified as new Chapter 1825 of these codified ordinances. Former §§ 1824.19 through 1824.23 and 1824.26 have been recodified as new §§ 1825.25 through 1825.30.
