(a) The “Regulations for Communicable and Non-Communicable Diseases” of Chapter 3, Article 355, of the Rules and Regulations of the commonwealth, Department of Health, adopted pursuant to the provisions of the Act of April 23, 1956, P.L. 1510, being 35 P.S. §§ 521.1 et seq., on October 30, 1959, as amended, are hereby adopted and incorporated, by reference, as fully as though they were set forth herein at length.
(b) A copy of the aforesaid Regulations shall be kept at the township offices and shall be available for inspection and review on request.
