Unless otherwise stated, the Township Police Department, the Township Code Enforcement Officer and the Township Health Officer, and their assistants, shall be authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter and, further, may inspect establishments during their operating business hours for enforcement and compliance with this chapter, and, further, may issue citations for violations for any provision of this chapter.
