§ 1804.05 SEPARABILITY.

Should any section or provision of this Health and Sanitation Code be declared by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the Health and Sanitation Code as a whole, or any other part thereof.
