§ 1804.03 AUTHORITY OF BOARD OF HEALTH; ORDERS TO CORRECT; CORRECTION BY TOWNSHIP.
   (a)   Whenever any declared nuisance, source of filth or cause, or probable cause, of sickness is found by the Board of Health to exist on any private or public property within the township in violation of any of the provisions of this Health and Sanitation Code, which violation injuriously affects or may affect the health of the residents of the township, the Board of Health shall order, in writing, the owner, occupant or user thereof, by appropriate action, at the expense of such owner, occupant or user, to correct and remove such nuisance, source of filth or cause, or probable cause, of sickness within such reasonable time as the Board of Health or its agents determine.
   (b)   Whenever such conditions, in the opinion of the Board of Health or its agents, constitute an immediate, substantial hazard to the health of the residents of the township, the Board of Health may correct or cause such conditions to be corrected and all costs involved shall be the responsibility of the owner, occupant or user.
