§ 1618.05 NOTIFICATION OF STATE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.

The Secretary of the township shall transmit a certified copy of this chapter promptly to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.
