(a) (1) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined an amount set forth by the Board of Commissioners in the fee resolution and/or imprisoned for a term not to exceed 90 days. Each day a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(2) The application of the above penalty shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.
(b) Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of § 1610.11 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of an amount set forth by the Board of Commissioners in the fee resolution and/or to imprisonment of a term not to exceed 30 days. Every day that a violation of § 1610.11 continues shall constitute a separate offense.
