For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(a) The words “Township of Aston” shall be inserted wherever the words “Name of Municipality” appear in brackets therein.
(b) The term “legal officer” or “legal representative” shall be held to mean the Solicitor of the township.
(c) The Terms “Code Official”, “Fire Official” and “Fire Marshal of the Fire Prevention Board” shall be held to mean the Fire Marshal of the township.
