§ 1610.02 ESTABLISHMENT AND DUTIES OF THE FIRE COMMITTEE; FIRE MARSHAL AND DEPUTY FIRE MARSHALS.

The Fire Prevention Committee shall consist of three Commissioners and the Board of Directors from Township Fire Department. The designated Commissioners are appointed by the Board of Commissioners. The Fire Marshall and two Assistant Fire Marshalls are appointed by Board of Commissioners.
