To the extent a conflict exists between the International Property Maintenance Code and the property maintenance regulations set forth in Chapters 1460, 1461 and 1462 of this code of ordinances entitled Residential Structures, Licensing and Inspection of Multiple Dwellings, Rental Dwellings and Rooming Houses and Nonresidential Structures, respectively, the more strict of the said provision will prevail.
