§ 1462.05 ENFORCEMENT; RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The Township Building Code Official is hereby designated to enforce this chapter and such official may designate other persons to make inspections and perform such other duties as may be necessary to enforce this chapter. Such enforcement personnel shall, at least once a year, and as often as may be necessary, perform a commercial life safety inspection of all nonresidential structures and premises to ascertain and cause to be corrected any conditions in violation of the International Property Maintenance Code and regulations retained in Chapter 1462. The township shall charge an inspection fee for the annual inspection which shall be set by the Board of Township Commissioners from time to time and may be amended, modified or changed by resolution of the Board.
