Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, or with any of the requirements of the permit issued pursuant to this chapter, or with any order or direction of the Building Inspector or the Zoning Officer made in conformity with this chapter and applicable provisions of the Zoning Code, shall be fined an amount set forth by the Board of Commissioners in the fee resolution for each day the violation or noncompliance continues from the time he or she is first notified of the violation or noncompliance in writing by the township or any duly authorized person acting on behalf of the township.
