(a) Trailers, semitrailers, house trailers, travel trailers, enclosed roll-off type storage containers or structures that were originally designed to be portable may be used as a temporary storage container, in the LI Limited Industrial District only, if directly associated with an existing conforming use, provided that the Building Inspector has, in his or her judgment, determined that such use is justified.
(b) An annual license shall be obtained from the Building Inspector, or his or her designee, for the use described above and a fee shall be charged. The license shall be issued for a one-year period of time.
(c) The fee shall be an amount set forth by the Board of Commissioners in the fee resolution per year. This fee may be amended at the discretion of the Board of Commissioners by way of resolution.
