No person shall use a trailer, semitrailer, house trailer, travel trailer, truck body, trailer from which the wheels have been removed, or structure that was originally designed to be portable, to conduct business out of or as an office in lieu of a permanent building, nor shall any person use any of such vehicles, parts of vehicles or structures as an addition to an existing building in any area of the township.
