(a) See § 400.99 for General Traffic Code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.
(b) Whoever violates § 421.07 shall be fined in the amount set forth by the Board of Commissioners in the fee resolution, plus costs of prosecution, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
